Welcome to our official event page for the family reunion. We are proposing to switch it up for 2K18 and travel south for some fun in the sun! This website will be updated periodically to include more information regarding the hotel accomodations (when to book, nightly rates, etc.) and changes to the intinerary. Please REGISTER on this Eventbrite page as a way of saying that you are planning on attending. This will give us a headcount needed for hotel rooms and scheduled activities. There is no charge for the "tickets" on this page; it will be used for headcount only. Tentative Schedule of Events: Friday, May 25th, 2018 4:00 PM: Hotel check-in begins 5:30 – 9PM: Meet & Greet during evening reception/cocktail hour Pick up reunion t-shirts and raffle ticket Saturday, May 26th, 2018 Breakfast (provided by hotel) 12:00 PM – 2PM: Family Fashion Show & Talent Show Lunch will be provided at this event Raffle drawing will be during this time 5:25 PM – 10:30 PM: Jungle Queen Riverboat Dinner Cruise & Show Please wear family reunion t-shirt for this event. We will leave the hotel promptly at 4:30PM. Drivers Embarkation address: 801 Seabreeze Blvd., Ft. Lauderdale, Florida 33316 Parking is available for $7.00 at the Bahia Mar Hotel Riders Sun Trolley available for $1.00 to the embarkation location, put keep in mind that you may have to walk back to the hotel after the cruise. Sunday, May 27th, 2018 Breakfast (provided by hotel) 11 AM – 7PM: “Down Time” Explore various attractions near the hotel including the Swap Shop, Galleria Mall, Museum of Art, Ft. Lauderdale Beach, etc. Day excursions to FingaLickin restaurant, Aventura Mall, Dolphin Mall, Sawgrass Mills Outlets, South Beach, and other Miami-Dade attractions. (Car pooling is encouraged) 7:30 PM: Candle Light Ceremony Family to meet at Ft. Lauderdale Beach. Further details TBA Monday, May 28th, 2018 (optional) Breakfast (provided by hotel) 11 AM: Check out Everyone have a safe trip home! 12:00 PM – until: South Beach Day Trip (optional) **ITINERARY SUBJECT TO CHANGE** Family Dues: When you pay your family dues, you will be paying for your seat on the dinner cruise, your new family reunion tshirt, and your seat at the annual talent show/fashion show & luncheon. Breakfast will be provided by the hotel and will be included in your nightly rate. Family dues must be paid by November 30th, 2018 to PayPal. We strongly suggest using PayPal for all family dues owed for the reunion. You will need to sign up for a PayPal account to submit your dues. All registration fees are nonrefundable.
